Hub v1 losing connectivity

I recently noticed my hub cycling offline then online every 2 minutes, I’m fairly certain is not my network setup since this is the only device that is lossing connectivity . I opened a support ticked sometime ago but no response yet, has anyone else run into the same problem?

My network consist of the following
Motorola sb6141 (comcast modem)
Ubiquiti Unifi USG (Router)
Ubiquiti Unifi Switch
