At this point, we’ll need to wait until your hub updates to firmware version 0.60.x, as mentioned in the release notes below:
Currently, we’re seeing an error on our side when trying to check the Thread radio status. This firmware version includes some improvements related to that, so it may resolve the issue.
Once your hub is updated, please let us know if the issue still persists. If it does, we’ll proceed with opening a report for further investigation.
