Hub keeps disconnecting (November 2024)

I hate to come back after everything. I was able to get it to connect and I set up some automatons. This weekend on Saturday around 12:30 est I lost connection to my hub. It keeps going in a cycle of connecting then disconnecting. I called Samsung support they were of no help. The only option they gave me was to reset the hub completely. I’m sorry but I have 90 devices and 100+ automatons. Redoing all of this is just not in the cards. I don’t think anything I did could have caused this. The only thing I noticed was I updated my smart things app on my Samsung phone but it updated via Samsung’s store and not googles store. I haven’t had connection since.

My hub will connect then disconnect. I can not use any of the devices connected to the hub. No automations work. The hub in ST will just say offline then go online for a minute then go back offline. My lock is a zwave lock connected to the hub.

@ewimer2 I would suggest splitting this topic into it’s own thread since its a different issue than the ones specific to the Aqara FP2.

I just purchased another hub and it worked. So I fixed the issue. No problem. Thanks guys.
