Hub is dead, what now?

Thanks. I have a ticket in with ST Support, but haven’t heard anything back. I can try that when I get home later anyway.

I believe resetting it means I have to completely re-setup the devices, automations, etc, right?

I never knew there was a term for this! My laugh of the day. Thanks for sharing.

soft reset basically only wipes out the network side and it will try to reconnect to the ST servers.

hard reset wipes out everything. that is where you press the reset button longer.

be patient after performing the soft reset. it can take up to 10 minutes so watch the led light on the hub. it will attempt to connect to ST servers and it could attempt the firmware update.
