Brand new hub frequently going offline, checked my Comcast Modem and Netgear WNDR4500 router and both are showing a steady connection. Tried reset by removing the batteries and power but still seeing the disconnects. Also last night had a light go to 8% dim instead of turning off as it was programmed to do. Do I have a defective HUB?
So I sent a support request via email and the response was to change out the network cable, to be honest I thought it was going to be a waste of time BUT low and behold that fixed the problem.
So I am happy and sad at the same time, the new cable fixed the problem but the cable it replaced was the one supplied with the SmartThings HUB so I find that a bit frustrating.
Hope my issue and resolution helps someone else not waste to much time trying to track this down.
If you see frequent disconnects change the network cable out.
