After a terrible setup experience, I went to try to connect a new module only to be told that a hub could not be found - please connect one. However, the setup code will not work as the app tells me it has been used before. My developer.smartthings.com account however informs me that I do have a hub setup on my account - all very strange.
Sounds like you’ve had a bunch of problems this morning… as @sidjohn1 suggested, definitely get in touch with support. It’s usually something they can clear up/clean up and get you back running quickly.
