Hi, I have an Fibaro FGS-223 connected to a switch be side the front door at my home.
I would like to be able when I leave the house to press 3 times on the momentary wallswitch and then all the lights should go off.
In the settings for the switch is an option “Send scene ID on tripple press” the thing is I don’t know how to use that information to run an routine.

Can any body assist.

Best Regards

Haven’t tried it myself (don’t have one of these) but you should try using the following which has the options to turn on the sending of scene ID’s.

Once scene ID’s are sending to the hub you will be able to use CoRE to translate that into actions.

I know I can turn it off, the thing that I don’t know is how do I “use CoRE to translate that into actions.”

Best Regards

Check out the community wiki page on CoRE. http://thingsthataresmart.wiki/index.php?title=CoRE

Then if you need help making a piston there is a topic on this forum already that’s dedicated specifically to that.

Whilst putting togehter an IF statement in CoRE, select the desired switch but then change ‘attribute’ to ‘scene’, choose ‘changes to’ and type in the scene ID number you want to respond to.
