I first registered for Smartthings when I had a Samsung phone and got a Frame TV. Now I changed and don’t have a Samsung phone any longer. But there is no place on the app to account for this as it first requires me to complete a 2-step verification in order to get into my app in order to access my TV, and one of the first steps to get into the app is to generate a code from my old Samsung phone. So I can’t delete my phone as a device or get into the app at all. I tried uninstalling it and re-registering under a new account but because my TV was registered under my previous account it wants permission from my old account in order to re-register my TV onto my new account.
It’s a circle. Did they not account for this to happen? A workable solution would be much appreciated.
