How to install Smartthings Edge Drivers?

Hi @Mariano_Colmenarejo : Thanks for the reply. The issue I have is cannot even change the driver. The way the device is shown in my ST app does not leave me any options to change increments,… Therefore I suspect that the wrong driver is used. When checking in the ST HUB device I can see that the Driver “Z-Wave Sensor an Child Thermostat Mc” is installed on the hub but it does not seem to be used by my thermostats (Danfoss LC13). I found out that there is an issue with the latest ST app release to change drivers and followd up in this thread to figure out whether this is still an issue or its just me…

I tried uninstalling and re-installing the app in IOS (now: ST App 1.6.92.23) and on Android 10 (now ST 1.7.91.24) and can not change the edge drivers of the devices.

When trying to selsect a driver I follow this instruction

CHANGING FROM ONE DRIVER TO ANOTHER

If you have more than one driver on your hub for the same device, you can switch from one to the other by going to the device details page in the app, tapping on the three horizontal dots in the upper right corner, and then choosing “driver.” This will show you a list of the drivers already available on your hub for that particular device. Noted it does not show you the list of all possible available drivers, just the ones you’ve already downloaded that match that devic

Does anybody else still struggle to select drivers?

Your device will not pair with the driver because your fingerprints are not in the driver
Your device is a thermostat and this controller does not pair with real thermostats.

This driver pairs with motion sensors, contact sensors, …, that have temperature capability, that are included in the zwave sensor stock driver and allows you to create an individual virtual thermostat for that sensor.

A caveat is you can’t opt out of auto updates, which some people are (rightly so) fearful of.

You can unenrol from the channel, but that’s rather a blunt instrument.
