You created your own topic, right? I had suggested instead that you post in one of the existing author threads for a sensor driver to see if your fingerprint could be added to that, but I don’t think it will make that much difference. It’s just if you post in one of the existing threads you know the author will see it.
For example, if it was me, I would’ve tried asking in the following thread:
That doesn’t mean it will be done, but the author may know if there’s a problem with doing it and they can let you know about that.
