How to change a ST mode based on entered code into Schlage BE369NX

Hey everyone, I’m definitely a novice when it comes to posting so forgive me if this is too long.

Goal:
Our house cleaner who comes once a month has her own code to our Schlage BE369NX. I’d like to have a setting or script that changes the mode from ‘Away’ to ‘We’re Home’ when her code is entered. And since ST keeps track of the what user code was used to unlock, it seems like it could be possible. I’d also love to do the same with my side gate lock to know when my landscaper arrives (for that I’m using a Schlage FE599NX)

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I have NO script writing skills, but feel very confident with following a step-by-step. Thanks in advance!
