How to automate garage door to open at a specific time?

Hello, I’m trying to create a routine (or if there’s a smartapp) to where my garage door opens when my front door sensor opens, but only between certain hours of the day, and only 1 time/day.

Anyone know if this is possible?

Yes, I’m using Wink, but you would just link your SmartThings account to your Stringify account.
