How do i make a local virtual switch?

I have quite a bit of virtual switches, but they are all functioning in the cloud, not locally. How do i make a virtual switch that works locally on the hub?

How are you determining they run in the cloud?

This will be an open beta, as the driver is not expected to need many updates. Any updates will happen automatically if they are released.
