Looking for some help…we had a new Honeywell Prestige thermostat installed yesterday.
I downloaded the Honeywell Total Comfort app and linked the thermostat to our existing account (where we have one other thermostat connected from a cottage) - so 2 thermostats in the account total now.
Then I added the Honeywell Total Connect Comfort Skill to my Alexa app.
When the Alexa app searched for new devices, it found “Thermostat” twice. I’ve tried forgetting one, but Alexa just keeps finding it again automatically. So now I can’t use Alexa to control the Thermostat because she says there are 2 and she doesn’t know which one I mean…
