I originally purchased the Smart Things Home Monitoring kit. I was able to add my Lyric to the Smart Things app. I really like the mesh idea of the Connect products and since these act as a Smart Things hub, I purchased it to replace both my router and Smart Things hub. To my surprise, the Connect app doesn’t support the Lyric thermostat. It is only supported in the Smart Things app. That doesn’t make any sense. Why have two apps anyway. So does this mean I have to keep the ST hub and the Connect router/hub?
Never mind, I figured it out. I had to remove the hub from ST app and then add the new one.
