History for Schlage ConnectCentury has not updated in weeks

HI–

History for our Schlage Connect Century door lock does has not updated since 7/31. Cannot seem to figure out how to fix this error.

Anyone else having this issue? Anyone know how to fix it?

When you lock or unlock the door, do you see any events show in the device Recently tab in the Classic ST app? Does the state of the lock change and reflect correctly in the app when you lock/unlock it physically?
How far is your lock from the nearest mains powered Z-Wave device (assuming you have a z-wave lock)?
