Help with TCP bulbs, Smartthings and Echo

Here is my current set up. I have the TCP hub hooked up and connected with smartthings. I am trying to get the echo to connect to smartthings so I can control the bulbs by saying a command to Alexa. I do not have the wink hub, is that needed? What am I doing wrong?

Try this. Just be aware the TCP integration is flaky at best

I don’t think the wink hub is necessary…

Do you see other devices on st connected to echo?

Thanks for the heads up, I took them all back and got some Hue bulbs for starters. Works much better!!! I appreciate the help.
