Help deleting ghost device

I have 2 Zooz Zen34 remotes that are continually going offline due to ghost devices in the routing. It originally had 3 ghost devices in the routing. I was able to remove 1 of them but I cannot get the other 2 to remove. I have followed the steps in this FAQ: How to remove ghost devices from your z-wave and zigbee networks, performed numerous z-wave repairs, rebooted the hub. My next step is to delete and re-add the devices but thought I’d check here before doing that.

Any suggestions?

Do you have any devices on Edge drivers? Those will show up as Unknown Device in routing on the Groovy IDE.

I have 1 z-wave motion sensor and virtual devices on edge drivers.
