I have Harmony Hub Elite connected to my Smarthings Hub. The four home automation buttons at the bottom of the remote are not working reliably. I have the left 2 buttons connected to Jasco GE switches. The right two buttons are connected to virtual switches that trigger a WebCore piston that sets lighting scenes. I have to press any of the 4 buttons twice to get them to do anything. Almost like the remote needs to “wake up” or something. How can I troubleshoot this?
We have the same remote/hub and haven’t had any issues lately, but I know we don’t use them very much, either. I’ll have to try when I’m home later today.
