Just stumbled across the fact today, November 24th, is the tenth anniversary of when @JDRoberts joined the SmartThings community!
As I am sure many of you will agree, JD has been a huge source of knowledge, research, ideas, and encouragement for many of us. His attention to and summarization of FAQs is legendary.

The problem is that due to recent forum ui changes he can no longer use the forum, and is no longer posting. Someone who manages the forum software should take note, and at least make an announcement on what the plan is to fix this?
I hope someone at smartthings gets the hint.

JD mentioned before they deployed the new format that it would be good if they made sure it was accessible via screen reader, and even offered a resource to check. I can’t believe – except that I’m seeing it with my own eyes – that the ST folks didn’t account for one of the most basic forms of accessibility.
