I’m having a problem with my Hank Z-Wave remote where it won’t work with just the battery. I thought the battery was dead, but I checked and it was 3 volts. I changed it anyway, and no luck. But, sometimes when I push a button, the light on the front lights up. Just for the heck of it, I plugged it into the USB port on my computer, and it suddenly worked. But it won’t work when I unplug it.
That sounds like a hardware problem. Have you tried contacting Hank support?
No. I can do that, but it’s about 4 years old, so I didn’t figure they would be able tot do much.
