Handing over admin organization account

Hi all,

I submitted the request to integrate a third party application with SmartThings using my Samsung account and email.

I am the admin of the organization and I would like to hand this admin access to someone else as I am leaving my current position, what is the best approach to do this?

It’s nice to hear from you.
You need to send an email to build@smartthings.com from the admin account (in this case, your email) requesting this change and the following info:

  • Organization MNID
  • Email of the new admin.
