I’m fairly new to smartthings and kind of muddling my way through things so I apologize if this a stupid question.
I’m using a smart app and device handlers that take .xml data and implements the data in smartthings as sensors. The original device handler reported temperature from a fish tank sensor.
I managed to edit the handler to report Salinity, PH, ORP.
However when I get google home to report the values it adds “degrees” after reading the value because the sensor are setup as temperature measurement.
Is the a way to still get Google home to report back the value but not say “degrees”?
