I’ve tried all the suggestions on here but when I go to link both, i get the link failed check connection error? Any ideas?
I’m having the same issue. When I try to link Smartthings in the Home app I keep getting “Couldn’t update the setting. Check your connection” I spent over an hour on the phone with google troubleshooting, and they believe it is on the smartthings side. I tried it with a brand new V3 hub, and I just tried it again with my old V2 hub which I haven’t used in about a year. No luck. Any Ideas???
