I’m grudgingly joining the chorus of frustrated customers mainly due to SmartThings “eating up” my Schlage door lock batteries for the second time this year. Can’t afford the door lock dying without a warning.
Any self-respecting HA system must have a notification mechanism to alert a user of any device that stops communicating for whatever reason.
