They haven’t been easy to find in the US, either. (This is the new model line that begins with 14 instead of 12.) Jasco support has said they should be more widely available by March.
I know Aartech was mentioned in the original post in this thread, but I just wanted to give the link to them for those coming in later. They’re one of the largest sellers of Z wave equipment in Canada and as far as I know, the only ones who will provide warranty service for the items they sell which can otherwise be difficult for Canadians to get.
The second GE/Jasco Z-Wave Smart Dimmer I ordered from Amazon.ca was DOA, so I emailed Amazon and they immediately sent me a replacement which arrived in under 2 days. Also, if you have Amazon Prime, the shipping is free.
I hate to tell you this, but I ordered a Mozo case for my phone from mobilefun, shipping took forever, and when it finally arrived it was the wrong one. And the screwed up the exchange as well. Colour me not impressed.

Their prices are not competitive and in some cases are more expensive than Home Depot. Shipping is not free either.
I have purchased things from them and it’s great that they exist. I just wish we had the same access to goods as the US folks. Oh, and the exchange rate could be better too!

Aartech has a price match policy now, I don’t know if that’s new. They won’t price match Amazon, but I think they will price match Home Depot if it’s in Canada. You could check with them and see. 
We want you to get the best deal and our great local Canadian support so we will match any advertised price from an authorized supplier in Canada. Product must be the same part number and must be in stock, must be brand new, and must ship from within Canada.

If you see anything out of line on price let us know! Just make sure you’re comparing $CDN to $CDN. As another poster mentioned we also offer warranty support not just for 7 days or 30 days but for the full product warranty wherever possible! This is quite unique. Proudly Canadian!

Thanks Alex, much appreciated. These new Zwave Plus switches/dimmers from Leviton are very nice. Actually we’re always working to bring great automation product & pricing to Canada. I think many times the exchange rate makes the prices look higher when our dollar is low…

I’ve dealt with these people several times. Nice people. Even though I never got to the “Free shipping” amount I didnt find the shipping cost I had to pay was all that bad when I compared the final cost to getting something from a US supplier which, in most cases, charges insane shipping costs.

I can also give a good recommendation to aartech. In addition, if you are going to install these devices in someone else’s home, the a good warranty is a must! They stand behind their products, and that’s worth something.
