Hi! New to this community. I recently lost my phone and was able to lock it using my Samsung Account (Smartthings). Basically it locks the screen and prevents it to be shut off.
But what if the battery runs out and it was rebooted after charging. Will the lock still be there and active? Or it will be gone and will just be the regular security lock that was set up locally on the phone?
This forum was set up a number of years ago so that customers could help other customers with the smartthings home automation platform. There isn’t always someone here Who knows the answer to questions about Samsung devices, including phones.
You might want to also try the official Samsung help forum in case you get a quicker answer there. That one is staffed by Samsung employees. And they have a section specifically for phones.
