Looking for a family friendly Dashboard that would not confuse my family.
Something guests could intuitively use with no smart home experience.
How you spell so approval needed.
Also people it would be necessary for people not to accidentally delete it. Perhaps a PIN number to make changes to the system.

Take a look at SharpTools.io . There is a free tier that gives you one somewhat restricted dashboard.
$30/year, once you realize you’ll probably have to pay something if you want a decent product.

Have you heard that ST is considering a monthly fee of around 5 dollars for such a service?
Still, I guess it’s nominal. It’s just subscriptions keep creeping up on cost.

It is getting even tougher because a dashboard is exactly the sort of thing that is being targeted by SmartThings’ upcoming API monetisation. If you install your own you may end up paying $5 a month for API access and it may actually be cheaper to use commercial services. Fine details are a little thin on the ground at the moment.
So, my wife doesn’t really like these options.
Is there something else aesthetically pleasing?
Would something like Brilliant or the aqara panel hub S1 Pulse be able to control SmartThings?

Yeah I saw the price. Very expensive. I was going for more of an identifying the type of style which would be spouse approved.
