I don’t know if my problem is a device or the ST app.
Tring to Exclude and reconnect an enbrighten 46202. Online instractions say to go to the ST app, Hub, Z-wave Utilities, Z-Wave exclusion. Did that. On the exclusion page ai get a spinning circle for 5-7 minutes (I timed it) followed by a “!” in a circle above “No devices were detected.”
All devices were perfectly except the Enbrightn. What am I doing wrong?
Quite a few people have reported recently that exclude from the app didn’t work. Try using the one available through the IDE.
IDE? What is that and how?
