Event to eventghost not working

I installed eventghost on pc, send event to eventghost smartapp in the IDE, setup webserver with eventghost with fixed ip and port.
Inside the eventghost smartapp I used the same ip and port but trying the virtual switch nothing gets detected on eventghost on PC.

Everything is setup as to best my knowledge, ive soubled checked ip and port ans they match.
Any help?
