How do I access the chat? When I go to support.msartthings.com it doesnt show a link for chat?

Also, as far as the app goes. Where do I find the options to change things such as alarm and autolock?

No chat, just email.

If you go into the Lock Device on your phone there are options to set those things.

Im sorry I have so many questions. Now that I am using lock manager does that mean the default codes are cleared or do I still need to clear those manually?

Default codes need to be cleared or overwritten.

Select Locks
Number of Users
User settings
Lock Info
Notification Settings
Scheduel
Global Hello Home
Label this Smartapp

The Lock device (ie Front Door) is where you set the settings not the Lock Manager smart app.

On the auto lock option. It looks like I can turn it on or off. There is no way to set the autolock to a longer time?

Believe that is hard coded to be a 5 second delay once the door thinks its closed.

Ok thanks man. That wonā€™t work for me. Who in the heck can get from the car and through the door in under 5 sec. :smiley: Iā€™ll just leave it off. I usually lock the door when I come in any way.

If you have subscribed to my apps hereā€™s one app that you can use. Set the door to unlock when you arrive and when your close the door after entering the app will lock it automatically

Hi All,

I have a question. I set my lock to autolock after 2 minutes which is great however smartthings app shows unlock.

Second I removed the autolock feature however my deadbolt stills autolock.

any suggestions on how to fix the problem?

What does the local control and beeper modes do?

Beeper is the beeping during key presses
Local Control disables the ability to change the alarm from the lock.

I want to thank you. My alarm button was not working on one of my locks. Looking up the answer to your question made me realize I may have enabled that a while back, removed the option from the DH and forgot. I was planning on doing a RMA cause I thought the button was busted. It was just disabled.
