Hi Everyone, I’m Emmanuel Katto, In the SmartThings app, there’s a limit of 20 rooms per location. This restriction prevents adding more than 20 rooms directly through the app.
Previously, users could bypass this limitation by creating additional rooms using the Classic app or the IDE. However, with the deprecation of these platforms, this workaround is no longer available.
Currently, there isn’t an official method to exceed the 20-room limit within a single location. As a potential alternative, you might consider creating multiple locations within the SmartThings app to organize your devices. Keep in mind that each location can support up to 20 rooms.
