Recent changes to live capabilities - direct connect

I noticed that we have pHMeasurement working again. That’s awesome! One request - please allow it to be to the tenth decimal place. For example, “7.1” verses currently “7”. Also, I’ve noticed lately voltageMeasurement has changed. I used to display voltages under 1,000 volts, but now the phone app displays it as “Out of range”. @nayelyz can you please look into these? Thanks!
