Ok I see I have to put the type of alarm when doing my routine but there something’s I try to figure I have set this routine . But it won’t trigger the bell it will trigger the alarm

When activating that routine it does change the bell sound but the alarm sound is trigger.
Replace my routine with alarm and now it work but I have to trigger the routine 2 times for the alarm sound to change that the one in the routine.

I think there is a misunderstanding between what you want to do and what I thought you wanted to do.
What do you normally do to make the bell sound instead of the siren?
I see that parameter 7 defines what sounds by default when receive a BASIC set ON, the siren or the bell.
- Configure Default Siren On Mode
This parameter defines the default music index, volume and the duration time for
3 siren on. This parameter can be selected between ALARM MUSIC and DOORBELLMUSIC. The settings for ALARM MUSIC MODE defines by Param #1, #2 and #5. Thesettings for DOOR BELL MUSIC MODE defines by Param #3, #4 and #6.
If parameter is set to ‘1’, siren will select ALARM MUSIC MODE to play music;
If parameter is set to ‘2’, siren will select DOOR BELL MUSIC MODE to play music;
Parameter Number 7, Size, 1 Available Settings. 1 or 2 Default 1 (siren)
Ok I understand that it need another custom capability for that to switch from alarm to bell ? Of course it will be usefull to have that to set up routine .
By the way I find a way to make it work ok with 2 routine. It’s not the best but seem to work.

Hi. I cant give any feedback. Even with new driver version, cleared cache my siren has only stock look (alarm type off / siren)
This version must works fine for you
The fingeprint productId 0x1088 was independent fingerprint and added with the wrong profile.
I have also seen that the productId 0x6088 exists, but in the Z-wave alliance I have not found it.
I have also seen a Dome 0x021F, which must be a clone without led light

We’re on to something 
Driver is working. Additional settings are working flawlessly.
Bell Sounds are not match to my previous copied names.
When “Siren or bell active” is set to “Door bell” then the alarm/siren is working with preset 1-10 sound type. Yet sound is not match to name. But it’s working without errors.
When “Siren or bell active” is set to “Siren” then the alarm/siren is just spinning circle. If this would work i’d hear also 10 siren presets and give more feedback for fine tuning driver .
It’s quite possible that this siren has only 10 sounds for Siren and Door bell together => then i’ll give you better names for them. But within these 10 sounds i can’t hear any “Fur Elise”, “William tell”, “Rondo alla turca” 
It’s all about routine , you need 3 routines to make it work . And yes there only 10 sounds for both bell and alarm .Try something like this…

Once you have chosen the sound for the alarm and the sound for the bell, you only have to change parameter 7 (custom capability Siren Or Bell Active) to choose what will be activated.
When choosing Siren, parameter 7 = 1, when it is activated it will be executed with the siren configuration parameters (1, 2 and 5), parameter 5 is custom capability Siren Sounds
When choosing Door Bell, parameter 7 = 2, when it is activated it will be executed with the configuration values chosen for door bell (3, 4 and 6), parameter 6 is custom capability Bell Sounds
I will merge it to the MC driver and whenever you want you can go back to the MC driver
