@RBoy please check your email.
@maddie - I think I am close to seeing my codes again the app. Do you know why I get this now?
You need to get the latest driver, use your credentials to login and subscribe to the 2024 channel. This appears to be an older version of the driver you have installed. SmartThings has changed the way things are displayed on the mobile app.
@maddie Thanks! I got the new driver installed, but I canāt switch to the new one. Do I need to uninstall the old one to switch? The only ones available in the advanced and the app is the default smart things drivers.
@maddie - I went ahead and deleted the 2023 version, but now it shows the codes in the same weird format, and I canāt see all of them. It starts with the total count, and then has a couple of codes in the super large font and does separated by a semi-colon.
Slot 1:Family=XXXX; Slot 2:Kris=XXXX but then it runs over the field limit (I think) and I canāt see anything else.
Is there a way to get it back to the table format like before?
SmartThings has disabled that feature on their mobile app so we had to change the way itās displayed. See this post for details
Once SmartThings reenables the html and auto expand features itāll display all the codes in a single screen. Until then see New SmartThings Platform - FAQ's to see how to view all the codes via the web interface.
Enhanced ZigBee Keypad Driver - v240507
- (Fix) Iris v3 (IL02_1) keypad reporting incorrect power source (removed)
Iris v3 keypads require a full battery to function property. With weak batteries they tend to drop packets.
NOTES
- This version of the enhanced driver is only available via the new platform Drivers license (refer to website for details). If you have an active subscription, the new driver will be automatically pushed to your hub within 24 hours
- See the first post for a full list of available features
- The latest SmartThings mobile app now cuts off the text after the second line so not all user codes are visible. See the FAQ page for details on how to view the programmed codes
Iām using the new RBOY EDGE driver with the Frient Intelligent Keypad. Iāve got it set up and functioning well with an old Danalock door lock. Iād like to use it with RFID fobs, but I donāt see any reference to that in the instructions. Is it possible?
DMāing you
What is the difference in functionality for these keypads with @RBoy drivers vs. stock drivers, or do these keypads even work with stock drivers?
Enhanced ZigBee Keypad Driver - v240716
- (Enhancement) Program RFID tag codes using the SmartThings browser app
- (Enhancement) Report invalid RFID tag ācodeā in the history/events
This helps with identifying the tag ācodeā to be used while programming rfid tags through the SmartThings browser app. SLGA does not allow non numeric codes to be programmed. See the FAQ page for details

A few improvement opportunities for Centralite 3400:
- The motion sensor status is not showing up in the current driver.
- Thereās a āNullā on the top of the settings, something might be missing there. See the attached pic.
- Is there a way to program 4-digit codes in the Centralite 3400 keypad independently from the rest of the system? The keypad is only capable of 4-digit codes while I use 6-digit codes for my locks.
Not all models support it hence you donāt see it
Thatās a bug in SmartThings where the title description shows as null when itās a blank line. They are aware of it.
Thereās no restriction. You can program locks and keypads using the SLGA or Web browser app. Weāve tested combinations of devices ranging from 4 digits to 10 digits on the same hub.
the instructions for the XHK1-UE no longer seem to work. I have one from 2023 from Xfinity that I was trying to migrate to ST. The factory reset instructions work fine, but the when moving to inclusion, the wifi/signal never blinks and the the keypad never pairs despite the pairing light flashing green. Maybe Xfinity added something to make sure they only pair to Xfinity hardware?
I have the same keypad (Had the IDE now I have the driver version) and it works. I did have to remove it. IDK if I am remembering correctly but I might have had to exclude it as well? But it did repair. I held the button down while putting battery in, then pressed the button 5 times to get the LED to flash again. This is after I made sure it was deleted from my netowrk.
