The “Zigbee Temp Sensor and Child Thermostat Mc” is a driver that displays only the capabilities that your device supports.
Optionally, if you need to use your temperature sensor as a thermostat to control heaters, air conditioners,… you can create a complete virtual thermostat that will display as a child device independent of the parent device.
If you don’t need a virtual thermostat, this driver would be the one for you.
The “Zigbee Temp Sensor with Thermostat Mc” driver is a driver that has all the capabilities of a complete thermostat, exactly the same as the child thermostat, with the difference that this driver can create groups of temperature sensors, to control a thermostat with the average, lowest or highest temperature of the group of sensors.
I see that you have the latest version of zigbee motion sensor Mc installed from 2024-11-28T10:27:48.997179295.
Sorry, there is an error in manufacturer code, the correct is _TZ3000_k5wwrk7a

It’s possible that this change for Sonoff SNZB 06P have affected lumi.sensor_motion.aq2 as well?
I’ve already tried to put the device in pairing mode and rejoin without removing, then changing device to Thing MC and back to Motion MC driver to initialize. Also, I’ve tried to remove de device and join it again directly with the Motion MC driver.
No matter what i do, illuminance get stuck to 1 lux and battery to 0%.
Battery and Illuminance reading are working well with Veon’s driver, but i don’t want to use his driver if i can avoid, because of two things:
Already have other motion sensors using your driver.
Veon doesn’t seem to be updating his drivers anymore.
Dont know when it stopped working, i think that at some point i reset de the device for some reason.
Illuminance are not changing with motion detection.
Will try to remove device and add againg sometimes to see if this resolve the issue.
@marcos.scheffler You’re talking about the microwave motion sensor from Sonoff? It’s powered via USB so it has no battery!! And that model only ever reports LUX in 0 or 1, Sonoff call it Dark or Light.
Hi, I just received the following two items from Amazon:
Temp & Humidity Link: Amazon.com
Temp only Link: Amazon.com
These both are MHCOZY devices and both have the fingerprint “_TZ3218_7fiyo3kv”. This fingerprint is already included in the MC channel in the Zigbee Switch Mc driver, but it does not include the temperature or humidity capabilities.
I don’t suppose you could update the driver with these additional capabilities?
