Ecosmart bulbs no longer connecting to smartthings Wifi

Reset my smart things wifi a few days ago and now it no longer connects to my ecosmart zigbee bulbs. I’ve tried resetting the bulbs trying a fresh bulb, etc. it doesn’t scan the QR code and when it connects it doesn’t allow control and the bulb is unaware anything connected to it. Anyone else having this issue, I’ve tried factory resetting the bulbs disconnecting all other Zigbee devices and everything. Also I no longer see the ability to change the zigbee channel in the hub admin settings.

login to IDE, go to My Hubs, tap on View Utilities and “Change Zigbee Channel” will be in the “Zigbee Utilities” section
