I received a notification from my SmartThings hub that it had lost the connection to my Ecobee account. I tried to login and re-authorize my account but got a blank screen when I should see my userid and password screen. Tried to login to the ecobee.com website but no luck there either. Opened the Ecobee app on my phone and same problem.
The ecobee website is temporarily unavailable and our technical support team is correcting the problem.
