The phone app says “oops” but the web page says incorrect PW.

Yeah ecobee must be down, can’t login from St or ecobee app

Me too, must be down. Unlike Smartthings, the thermostat still works without the cloud connection at least.

Thanks for the link. I’m back up now. Not sure what they did but it’s working again.
