Ecobee mode missing a item

Hi, i am using ecobee with Smarthings.

In the web menu, i can see all the mode options:

Mode du thermostat:
Auto
Cool
Emergency heat
Heat
Off

But in the app on iphone and IPad, i can’t have access to the Heat mode ???

I would like to have a routine go to heat mode but i can only do routines in the IOS app, what can be dons to correct this issue ?

Do you know where i can open a real ticket so Smarthings looks at the problem ?

In the app, tap on Menu, select Contact us then tap on Error reports

Also reach out to Ecobee Support as they own and maintain the integration with SmattThimgs.

That’s good advice because it’s probably and issue with the device Presentation definition not enumerating all modes.

Thanks for the advice, ticket sen in ST and I just ended a chat with a lot of screenshots with Ecobee they have a ticket as well.
Crossing my finger it will be resolved.

Thanks for the recommendation on the ticket opening!
It’s now resolved but I don’t know if it’s ST or Ecobee.
