Eco Link Tilt Sensor Battery Status Missing

I have two Eco Link Tilt Sensors One of the Sensors that is 6 months older than the newest one shows the battery status,( not sure its correct) and the newest one does not show a battery status at all there set up identical in IDE I could not find a specific device handler and this is how ST set it when discovered. Any one got any idea how to fix this. Or do you know of a device handler

Hit refresh a few times, sometimes it can take upto about 6 hours for show up for the first time. If I remember the code correctly it will show up after the wake up which can take between 3-6 hours.

Magic it showed up all by it self after days. Thank you for the reply!
