Echo failing on Harmony activities

Hi Trey, did you ever find a solution for this? I’m having the same issue regardless of what method I try. If I select the startup channel of “507”, it only sends the command “5” to the set top box. Even if I try to set the initial channel by “adding a step” to the activity, I get the same results. This has to either be a bug or something isn’t working right in the timing. 5+ hours in and I can’t figure it out. Any luck on your end?

Alexa+ST+Harmony: Alexa says smartthings isn't responding, but the command fires

I have an activity in Harmony for “cable TV”. It turns on the TV. It is integrated as a command within ST and subsequently, within the echo smartapp. The problem: when I tell alexa to “turn on cable tv”, she responds “smartthings isn’t responding” but it still turns on the TV. When I tell her “turn off cable tv”, it fires and gives me a confirmation tone (no problem). When I tell her to turn on any of my room lights, it works perfectly. It only gives me this error when turning ON any harmony activity. As info, ST is connected to the same AP as Alexa. Any thoughts? Thank you so much!

It is possible that this is related to a known bug in which commands which are written to be executed in milliseconds instead are assigned to be executed in seconds (1000 times longer) which can then cause the code to timeout. There’s supposed to be a fix for this delay issue coming soon. But again I don’t know if that’s actually what’s affecting the harmony integration or not.

Echo to harmony via Ifttt or Yonomi appears to be working fine.
