Maybe point me to a link of “in wall”… I know plenty of “wall mount” but never really seen much on “in wall”.

They are calling it “flush mount - in wall installation” meaning the speaker surface is flush with wall and the depth of the speaker below the face is in wall like pretty much all wall speaker installs.
Yeah, they are using it like a ceiling fan or ceiling fixture, where the device fits tight against the ceiling rather than inside it.
This is a flushmount fixture.
On the other hand, flush mount speakers Generally have the major part of the device inside the ceiling/wall, and just the flat part of the speaker is as flat as possible against the wall surface.
