[OBSOLETE] GoControl Siren / Linear Siren / Vision Siren

I won’t be converting the GoControl/Linear/Vision Siren DTH into an Edge Driver so it will stop working once the Groovy platform is retired, but it probably doesn’t need a custom driver. This is a new device handler for the GoControl Siren, Linear Siren and possibly some other generic sirens.
