please follow this in the original smartthings for adt thread. there are many versions of this alarmserver.
I have quite a vast existing home automation system which currently uses the DSC IT-100 to talk to my alarm control panel. Using the integration with my Home Automation system (Homeseer) I can control the panel remotely, Arm/Disarm and get status of all the doors and windows, as well as receive alert and perform other actions based on an intrusion.
I’d also like to know if there are any plans to support the DSC Alarm system integration modules. DSC alarms are extremely common as they were and have been used by companies like ADT for several years, and many houseshave DSC systems including window contacts, smoke alarms, sirens and door contacts already installed. Starting a new thread for the DSC alarm stuff in particular anything related to the current DSC Smartapp and the AlarmServer software that runs it behind the scenes.
Current status is: Full support for zone and partition status(s)
Current setup difficulty: medium to difficult depending on your knowledge of Python and computers
Required components:
DSC or Ademco/Vista alarm panel
Envisalink 2 or 3 connected to your panel
A server or computer to run the Python code on 24/7
Some technical skills
Smartthings IDE/Developer account (free to anyone)

the one above has my version of code mixed with kholloway, ethomasii, and rfish8u. i can arm/disarm from the LAN without port forwarding, and it has individual doors for other access like ifttt integration.
