I’ve just looked at Amazon.de for a link to the v3 Hub and saw this:
In the last line of the details:
Support ZigBee 3 0, Z-Wave and BLE
They have never actually enabled the Bluetooth radio to work but it is there. And from everything I have read, there’s been no plan to do so.
I know. I mean regarding v2 Hub. But why would Amazon do this false advertisement.
Amazon isn’t false advertising, it’s just publishing ST’s specs on their packaging, labeling, or other marketing materials.

But it still doesn’t make any sense.
It would be such a diverse platform if they actually enabled it. Shame really. Maybe the next hub would have radio built in as well?
