When I turned my TV off, I used to be able to turn it back on manually from the SmartThings app, even remotely.
Now, I activated the MATTER Hub, and for some reason when I turn my TV off, both my TV and the Hub appear offline.
What am I missing ?

Is your tv connected to Ethernet or WiFi? My Samsung tv doesn’t have a hub but tends to go offline when connected via Ethernet but not via WiFi (the reverse of what I would have expected)
Connected through LAN cable.
However, before activating the Hub, I used to be able to control the TV, turn it on, even when it was off. Now this feature is gone, the tv appears greyed ou (offline) in SmartTh8ngs when it is off
Try swapping to WiFi, it made a difference for me.
I have a Samsung TV connected via ethernet, but this does not happen to me. Try to turn on some settings on the TV that are characterized as “increasing the consumption of electricity”. It is not necessarily connected directly to SmartThings. Maybe it won’t shut everything down. If it helps, it would be interesting for me if you could share with us what exactly that adjustment was.
