Disarm alarm when door is unlocked and rearm when locked

Hello,

Im trying to set up a system were my home is always armed but only disarms when a door lock is unlocked. So if i walk out the door and it disarms when I unlock it and rearms when it locks, no mater the modes. The alarm will only be set off if the door sensor is changed from closed to open, as if the front door is kicked open.

My front door lock is a smart z wave lock and has a door sensor.

I don’t think there’s a built in way to do this, but you could easily do it with a Community Submitted SmartApp like Rule Machine.
