This might be a dumb question, but how do you have different things happen for different people
take for example
I want the garage door to open when people arrive not when two people arrive.
Right now it wont open unless the two people are both either home
I want the the garage door to open when I get home and then open when my wife gets home
How do I set this up?
I’m afraid I don’t understand your problem.
If you go into setup for “Doors & Locks”, you should be able to select the Garage Door in question, and then “Open it when people arrive”. If you select multiple presence monitors (people) there, it will open the garage door when ANY of them arrive; it doesn’t require that ALL of them arrive together.
Perhaps you are using a different means to configure/control your garage door - if so, share some more of the details about how you have your door configured/controlled and the SmartApp that you’re using to open/close it…
