do you have the lock set to notify you also? I’ve found it helps while troubleshooting to set every step set up to notify, thats how i found out about the issues I’ve had launching routines with their criteria. I use Rule Machine now to trigger routines

I have just turned it on, however it does show the locks and unlocks in the activity log. The notification log sometimes shows entries and exits etc, but never a scenario change.

Duh… more playing around and I figured it out. I assumed it was user error. Marketplace adds Apps. Needed to go to the phone main menu, and click on SmartApps to see the saved information. Thanks again.

Is this function as planned and if so what is the reasoning? Yes, it’s a trade off. The app doesn’t keep user record lists for each lock, considering that number of locks have no limit. To keep memory low, and other bugs from occurring this isn’t an option at this time. From Dev documentation: …
